Advertising
We advertise our properties within the Falmouth Packet, the West
Briton and the Cornwall Property Paper.
Each property is also featured on a rolling wide screen display in
our office window and a property sales brochure will be placed
within our internal display.
Each property is also matched to the right audience ensuring
we achieve the best possible price from the best possible buyer
available for your home.
Sales Brochures/Virtual Tours
Our sales brochures are professionally produced and are digitally
printed in full colour throughout on quality card with either a matt
or gloss finish.
We also produce a “virtual tour” of each property which can
be viewed in the comfort of your own home. It certainly gives a
more life like impression and can save the prospective vendor and
purchasers valuable time and hours of wasted “carpet treading!”
Feedback and Communication
We will always offer to accompany viewings as it is often better
if the vendor leaves it totally to us. The prospective purchaser can
relax and say what they are really thinking! Of course if you prefer
to be there too or show them around yourself, that’s no problem.
