We are totally honest and transparent with our commission rates and

because we don’t have the same overheads, our Fully Managed fee is

just 9% INCLUDING VAT, a fraction of what many other local letting

agents will look to charge. We offer our clients expert guidance and

ensure that your property is in safe hands with the professional and

reliable service you expect, for a price you did not. We operate on

a “No Let - No Fee” basis, Let-Only schemes, rent guarantee and

property insurances are also available.

Your property will be expertly marketed via our own website, alongside

over 30 of the UK’s leading property portals, including Rightmove,

Zoopla and Primelocation, as well as appearing in our local newspaper

advertising. In this way we can ensure that the most suitable tenant for

your needs is found with the minimum of delay.
