Designing and building for the future

There are many individual reasons for needing the services of an

Architectural Designer - maybe you are thinking of building a new

home or perhaps you need a different room layout or extension in

your existing home.

You may be a home owner or a business who is looking for specialist

advice and guidance on how to make the best use of the space you

already have.

Pete Caistor

is an Architectural Designer with a degree in Spatial

Design and has over 12 years experience working in the design and

construction trade.

Pete studied Spatial Design at Falmouth University - a degree that

focuses on the key elements of Architecture, Interior Design and

Landscape Design, taking a holistic approach to all three of these

disciplines.

Since then he has worked for an RIBA Architectural Practice, a

Residential Housing Developer and has also carried out renovation

and new-build projects from design to completion.

His design philosophy is very simple, he takes a holistic approach;

looking at the space as a whole, how it interacts with it’s

environment, how the end users will interact with the space and how

the design process can make the construction process run smoothly.

Pete Caistor offers a complete service to his clients, working with

them from the initial concept design and budget through to the

planning and building regulation process. Pete will also work with

you right up to the selection of the builders and trades.

He has a genuine passion for his work and his creative and innovate

approach to design, together with a thorough understanding of local

planning policies which has helped him gain planning permissions for

many clients in the most challenging circumstances.

Whatever your building project, Pete is always happy for a chat and

does not charge for initial site visits, so why not get him to have a

look at your project.
