Goundrys Estate Agents exposes your property to a wide number of buyers.
We place every property on all the major websites including Rightmove,
Onthemarket and many, many more.
We publish a ‘glossy regional magazine’ quarterly as well as a quarterly
lifestyle magazine – along with digital versions.
We also advertise extensively in the local press.
We phone, email and text our mailing list of potential buyers.
We will leave no stone unturned in our efforts to market our client’s homes
fully.
We include floor plans for our sellers, but ultimately you choose as we will
tailor our service to individual client’s needs.
At Goundrys Estate Agents we pride ourselves in being completely
transparent about our commission rates and charges.
We do not claim to be the cheapest but we do offer excellent value for
money with sensible commission rates that we are very happy to discuss at
any time.
Whilst we ask clients to pay for the EPC and the current cost including VAT
is £60. These are then the posession of the client but available for our use.
The EPC has a 10 year shelf life, so if circumstances change they can be used
again in the future.
We offer extremely competitive commission rates as all our staff are front
line (including Andy Goundry), so we have no head offices to support.
We offer a no sale no commission service, but we are happy to discuss all
formats.
